Shred Guitar the right tools count!
You see, the difference between a fast
Guitarist, and a Shred Guitarist, is like the difference between a Fast
walker, and a runner or a sprinter. Fast walking and running or sprinting
are two completely different actions. This is the same with shred guitar.
You can practice the same flow and approach you have been doing for
years, starting out slow, and trying to get faster and faster, but you
can't break the point where you go from just playing fast (or walking
fast) to being a shred guitarist (or a runner / sprinter) You have to
be pushed into a full run, or pushed into a full shred guitar speed
over and over again.
If you want to get pushed into a full sprint,
and start really making every practice session increase your Shred Guitar
skills, there is one must have tool used by most shred
guitar enthusiasts.
The logic behind this tool had my shred guitar
speed going up almost on a daily basis. I have never seen such a sharp
and fast increase that my Guitar speed and shred guitar skills advanced
to till after the first week using this tool, and after 30 days, my
other musician friends were literally in shock. There was even jokes
among my other guitar friends about me having gone to the cross roads,
and sold my soul. That was hillarious.
If you are a Shred Guitar enthusiast, you absolutely
owe it to yourself to utilize all the tools available to keep yourself
inspired and your practices highly effective.
I have one tool that I swear by that literrally took me from just being
a somewhat fast lead guitarist to the point where I was able to compete
well against most any other Shred guitarist around literrally in 30
days.
This tool is a software metronome that gradually
changes speed based on YOUR settings. The really effective part
is that the speed starts slow, gradually increases up to a point that
you can't keep pace (Running Speed), (Again based on your settings),
and then gradually decreases the speed down to a cool down period. See
the Graph Below.
This
little program really gave me an insanely challenging what I refer to
as a Shred Guitar finger aerobics workout. There are a few similar programs
out there that sort of do this, such as the Ultimate
Metronome which is substantially less expensive, but this one
is truly robust. It comes with some very challenging pattern exercises
built in, Some Shred Guitar lessons covering all the
various Picking Techniques such as alternate picking, sweep picking etc.,
and allows you add your own pattern exercises. If you are a Shred Guitar
enthusiast, this is a must have tool.
It even gives you the ability to build your own
library of patterns and sequences, and allows you to set up multiple users
which makes this a perfect tool for Guitar teachers that are trying to
teach their students shred guitar.

One Last Note:
Make every practice count...
We have all hit those points where it truly feels
like no matter how many hours we continue to practice every day that
we are just not advancing at all. This software will break you through
that pinnacle EVERYTIME! Never get stuck again. getting stuck at that
wall where you just aren't advancing is the most frustrating point that
all Shred Guitar enthusiast hit. This software IS the cure. This
software is literally like having a private Shred Guitar coach that
continually pushes you past those pinnacle points over and over.
There is nothing more rewarding than the feel
you get when after EVERY practice, you are able to observe measurable
improvements in both speed, dexterity, and strength. There is nothing
more frustrating to us artists that struggle with hours and hours of
repetitive practices and drills that seem to leave our desire to master
Shred Guitar skills at a dead stand still.
Trust me, once you break past that pinnacle of
being a fairly fast guitarist to being able to see yourself as a true
Shred Guitarist, there is literally no better feel. I personally invested
in a small handful of tools to assist me in mastering Shred Guitar,
and I can tell you now, the little over $100.00 I invested has more
than paid off personally. I don't play in a band, I do some occassional
studio work, but just the shear personal satisfaction of having achived
the speed I gained over the years has been a true personal gift.
